General Discipline
- Every student should possess the prescribed text books and note books and should bring them regularly to the class as per the time table. All books should be neatly covered and labeled.
- The School Uniform – Steel Grey shorts, sky blue shirt, tie, belt, black shoes and navy blue socks for boys of Class VII and below. Steel grey pants, sky blue shirt, tie, belt, black shoes and navy blue socks for boys of VIII to X. Steel grey skirt, sky blue shirt, tie, black shoes and navy blue socks for girls. The uniform has to be neat and tidy.
- Every student must look after his/her own belongings. It is not advisable for students to have money or valuable articles with them. All the students should be in proper uniform, neat and tidy.
- The school is not responsible for articles lost by students in the premises.
- Chewing gum is prohibited on campus. Usage of plastic bags and covers are also prohibited on campus.
- Students are strictly forbidden from taking part in politics.
- Students are advised not to bring undesirable books, magazines, newspapers, or electronic gadgets (Camera, Cellphone, C.D., iPods, iPads, Laptops) to school. Violation will result in serious action.
- Students are strictly forbidden from writing to one another. All letters from students with the school address will be censored by the Principal before being handed over.
- The school advises students against maintaining accounts on social networking sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Orkut) to avoid time wastage and protect them from online dangers. Parents are advised to ensure their children do not misuse the internet.
- When students invite classmates for birthday parties and get-togethers, they must obtain permission from the Bro. Principal and their friends' parents. If the event is held outside their homes, it must be under parental supervision and with prior permission from the Principal.
- The school is not responsible for injuries sustained by pupils in the school. However, first aid will be provided immediately, and injuries requiring Hospital/OPD treatment will be attended to without delay.
- No pupil may receive private tuitions. Parents are urged to encourage children to do their daily work diligently and honestly, paying utmost attention to classroom studies. If help is genuinely needed, parents should contact the Principal.
- Parents are encouraged to have their children undergo regular medical examinations for general well-being, specifically dental, eye, ear, and skin care.
- Prohibited practices for students:
- Spitting in or near the school building (unless a provision is made).
- Disfiguring or damaging school property.
- Rowdyism and rude behavior.
- Use of violence in any form.
- Use of obscene language and hurting others' modesty.
- Serious rule violations will result in punishment, including removal or expulsion.
- Fines may be imposed on students solely for discipline or improvement.
- Pupils may be required to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities outside school hours, and participation will be compulsory if required.
- Students must attend all school functions. For Annual Parents' Day, non-participants are advised to stay home. All students are expected to be present for Annual Sports Day.
- Parental support for studies: Parents are expected to dedicate time to help children with studies, provide quiet study spaces, insist on homework without distractions, communicate with teachers about assignments, and encourage reading and material collection for overall development.
- English being the medium of instruction, the students are encouraged to speak English even while conversing with peers and friends.
- Each student's safety and all round development is a major concern of the school. Therefore the following should be strictly observed:
- Parents are requested not to come in the lunch break to feed their children, as dining together during lunch enhances comradeship.
- Parents of pre-primary students are required to teach their children their name, address, and telephone number.
- If a child needs to leave school during school hours, permission is granted only if parents collect them or send an authorization letter via a deputed person if they are unable to come themselves.
- Students are instructed not to ride bikes or drive cars, as it is risky for school children/students and goes against traffic regulations.
- Good social etiquette: Body language and mannerisms are part of a student's behavior in class, on campus, and outside school premises. Any objectionable conduct will result in disciplinary action. Students' good behavior is expected to enhance the school's prestige. Parents are advised to inform the Principal about any issues concerning their children, with an emphasis on sincerity and openness, as this helps the school guide the child to become a well-adjusted person. Disclosures made will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
Classroom Decorum
- Students will ensure that the desks and chairs are properly placed, litter is not strewn around and walls, doors, and furniture are not converted to writing space.
- While debate and discussions are vital for learning, students must ensure that they should not disturb the neighbouring classes.
- Students are not permitted to consume water or foodstuff when class is in progress.
- Class leaders must ensure that all windows are closed, lights and fans switched off when leaving the class for outdoor activities or at the end of the day.
- In the absence of the teacher from the class-room, pupils are required to observe silence and obey the leader of the class.
- Students are not allowed to enter classrooms other than their own.
Progress and Promotion
The daily progress of the student is assessed by the teachers by means of oral tests and assignments. It is also tested by means of unit tests and terminal examinations at regular intervals, during the year as indicated in the institutional plan. Corrected answer scripts of all the subjects are also distributed to the children each time. Parents are requested to go through them, sign and return the same.

Principal's sanction is required
- To make any collection for any purpose whatsoever.
- To arrange for a meeting, party, picnic, etc.
- To leave the school premises during working hours.
- To join a sports meet or to play in a tournament outside the school.
- To arrange for private tuition by a teacher of the school.
